Effective today, we have a new name. We are now Truhlsen Elder Care Law of Nebraska, and there’s a beautiful new website to go with our new name.
All of us here at the firm are excited about the changes! We hope you will be, too.
Though our name and our look are changing, everything you appreciate the most about our firm will remain the same.
We will still be offering estate planning expertise to help you prepare for the future.
We will still be offering services that help you address the legal and financial problems created by the high cost of long-term care for older adults, services like elder law, Medicaid planning, VA benefits planning, asset protection, and more.
The best news is that we have added Life Care Planning to our service menu. Life Care Planning gives families like yours a new way to manage the personal and care-related challenges that are part of nearly every elder care journey. Truhlsen Elder Care Law of Nebraska is the only law firm in the state that offers Life Care Planning.
Our mission hasn’t changed, but the scope of our work has become a little bigger.
